About frikkin' time

Reuters has a good article here about the strong likelihood that Congress is finally ready to start the process of spanking China good and hard over its wide assortment of compound felonies involving currency manipulation, dumping, and assorted other slimy practices designed to suck up American wealth and jobs, all the while enriching a small class of plutocrat American traitors (that part is not actually a coincidence, mind you).
This has the feel of the new normal, even though the current effort may just be for show -- this being a heavy election year. It feels like the national consensus on free trade, which is decidedly not favorable, has finally penetrated the sloth, corruption and indifference of the Beltway.
